The PEQVI Oil BDV Test Cell with Disc Electrodes (OTS-CELL-DISC) is designed for determining the dielectric breakdown voltage (BDV) of transformer insulating oils and other electrical insulating liquids. The test cell is supplied with precision flat disc electrodes for dielectric strength testing.

Disc electrode test cells are commonly used for routine dielectric breakdown testing of insulating oils in transformer manufacturing facilities, electrical testing laboratories, utilities, and maintenance organizations.
