Exchanges (India Only)
We accept exchanges only within India if a product is found defective.

Eligibility

Request exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
Product must be unused, in original packaging and condition.
Proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) is required.

How to Exchange

Email info@pact.in with your order details and defect description.
Provide photos/videos for verification.
Ship the defective product back if approved.
Receive a replacement of the same product after inspection.

Customized or clearance products
Orders delivered outside India
