At PEQVI, every product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. We have a No Refund and No Return Policy.

Exchanges (India Only)
We accept exchanges only within India if a product is found defective.

Eligibility

  • Request exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging and condition.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) is required.

How to Exchange

  1. Email info@pact.in with your order details and defect description.

  2. Provide photos/videos for verification.

  3. Ship the defective product back if approved.

  4. Receive a replacement of the same product after inspection.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Customized or clearance products

  • Orders delivered outside India
