We accept exchanges only within India if a product is found to be defective due to manufacturing issues.
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is mandatory.
Email info@pact.in with your order number and a clear description of the defect.
Attach photos or videos for verification.
Once approved, ship the product back to us as instructed.
After inspection and confirmation of a manufacturing defect, a replacement of the same product will be issued.
