Return & Cancellation

At PEQVI, every product undergoes rigorous quality checks before dispatch to ensure it meets our performance and safety standards.
To maintain product integrity, we follow a No Refund and No Return Policy.

Exchanges (India Only)

We accept exchanges only within India if a product is found to be defective due to manufacturing issues.

Eligibility

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is mandatory.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email info@pact.in with your order number and a clear description of the defect.

  2. Attach photos or videos for verification.

  3. Once approved, ship the product back to us as instructed.

  4. After inspection and confirmation of a manufacturing defect, a replacement of the same product will be issued.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Products damaged due to transit, mishandling, improper installation, or external factors

  • Customized, clearance, or promotional products

  • Orders delivered outside India
